recommend anyone that ordered a spiral staircase frequently check the status once shipped via a phone call, because they wont update you if they are behind schedule on your shipment delivery.They could do a better job of packaging the stairs, it came in a very large box and the box was completely smashed, luckily there wasn't any damage to the stairs. For years we are improving our self supporting and suspended staircases to make the look lighter and more floating. The order process was a good experience and the sales person was helpful and responsive to all our questions.The freight company that they contract through wasn't very good at communicating that they were behind schedule. It was a mixed bag when it came to Paragon.
